Getting started

  1. Open the app and connect your current (source) store — this grants read-only access.
  2. Run the free audit to see exactly what will move. Nothing is changed on your live store.
  3. Connect your new (destination) store — this grants read & write so we can copy your data into it.
  4. Arrange your migration and we'll copy everything over.

Do I install it on both stores?

Yes. A Shopify access token only works on the store that granted it, so the app is installed on both the source store (to read) and the destination store (to write).

Is it really free to install?

Yes — installing, connecting your stores, and running the audit are free. Migration packages are arranged separately.

Removing your data

Uninstalling the app removes your stored connection. You can also email us to delete your data at any time. See our Data Protection page.
